Steady Riddim live dub set 21:00–22:00

Steady Riddim is a Mexican Dub producer and sound system artist based in London. He runs the DIY netlabel ‘Love, Sound and Distortion Records’ and the nomadic street sound system project ‘TheOutsidub’, bringing dub and bass music to public spaces trought a portable busking setup.
Originally starting as a backpacker from the suburbs of Mexico, the project has travelled across Central America and Europe connecting underground reggae and bass communities in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy and the UK.
His live sets blend steppers dub, deep dubstep, UK garage, rub-a-dub and latin bass, performed live using FL Studio as central DAW and an Akai Midimix controller + MPK mini keyboard with original productions and dubplates, collaborated with Mc’s, singers and musicians from different countries, building tracks that are now part of his live show.
Recent highlights include sessions with Mad Professor in Croydon, producing music alongside and under the mentorship of Prince Fatty in his studio in Lewisham, and radio sessions for Birdcage Radio (NL) and Brixton Radio (UK).

Before and after Steady Riddim’s set we play half hourly finest vinyl selections as usual, from Roots Reggae to Dub and everything in between and beyond.
